Gracious. M is a logical, hard-working and committed Data clerk or Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with COHERINET with a strong passion for data and information.

She possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and has more than two years’ experience in data analysis, interpretation and presentation, project planning and monitoring and evaluation.

Gracious is extremely organized with a keen eye for detail and always ensures that the work is completed on time and to a high standard.

Gracious’ current role enables her to lookout for challenging new statistical roles in which to develop her analytical and stakeholder skills.

A data collection and monitoring veteran, Gracious has held leadership positions with Uganda Coffee Development Authority, Infinity Research and Consultancy EA LTD, and Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS).

Gracious has achieved in performing general data collection, analysis and presentation duties, supervision of field workers, training of field workers, Data collection and Questionnaire designing, converting raw data into meaningful information by analysing patterns, producing reports based on findings and presenting them to senior management.

Gracious holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University – Uganda.

Gracious also has certifications in project planning, monitoring and evaluation, data management and advanced data analysis, and a Certificate in leadership skills.
