Charles is an Assistant Director- Directorate of Institutional Advancement and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Science and Education – Busitema University, Uganda.

Charles is the President – International and Comparative Education Society of East Africa (2020-25), Interim Vice Chairman – St John’s University Gaba Steering Committee under Kampala Archdiocese, School Management Committee Member/ Chair, Academic committee – Nsawo (C/U) Primary school – Wobulenzi (2014- to date), Member of B.O.G, Kasangati High School-Gayaza (2016 to date), Member of B.O.G, Everest College Luweero (2013-16), Rotary club of Nsangi D9211 – (Number 9717168) and Past President 2020-21.

Charles has long been active in supporting environmental stewardship through promoting and demonstrating responsible business practices, helping youth outdoor leadership programs, or advocating awareness and policy.

Charles holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Education from Zhejiang Normal University – China, Post Graduate Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Universitas Pendedikan – Indonesia, Master of Education in Educational Foundations from Makerere University – Uganda and, a BA. Education from Makerere University – Uganda, plus several Management & Professional trainings.
