Adellah Agaba Nyaruhuma (Coach Adelle) is a seasoned leadership coach and governance professional with over 10 years of experience in executive leadership, human capital development, and organizational transformation. She is a passionate advocate for values-based leadership and sustainable impact.

With a multidisciplinary background in law, data science, and human resource management, Adellah has led leadership development and organizational strategy initiatives across Africa. She holds master’s degrees in Oil & Gas Law and Human Resource Management and works extensively in learning and development, ethics, and institutional strengthening.

Adellah serves on the Treescape board because she believes climate action begins with leadership, mindset, and accountability. Her work focuses on aligning people, purpose, and systems to drive long-term environmental stewardship.
